The primary responsibility of this role is to manage strategic projects and initiatives to completion on time, and managing general operations of the Retail Product Management team, which is an organization of ~60. This role reports directly to the Corporate VP of Product, Retail.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Accountable for the following:

* Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
* Maintain a transparent wall of work with clear, up-to-date status of strategic initiatives (owners, actions, dates, status, risks)
* Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
* Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
* Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
* Lead organizational operations, including executive leadership team meetings

Required Qualifications and Attributes:

* 8 + years proven experience in a project management or program management role
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
* A great attitude; people like working with you
* You tend to find solutions, not problems
* Excellent organization, communication, time management, facilitation, and follow-thru skills
* Owns outcomes & drives to completion without being reminded
* Working understanding of Agile methodologies & tools
* Previous experience as a project manager or program manager
* Curiosity & thirst for learning, and ability to do it quickly
* Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong, trusting relationships
* Ability to simplify the complex
* Ability to lead by influence across teams & siloes
* Problem-solving aptitude & creative thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Transformation experience (Agile coach, transformation leader, etc.)
* Team leadership experience
* MBA
