The Senior Marketing Communications Manager who takes this role will own the messaging and key content for Microsoft's security, compliance, and identity solution area. They will create powerful written and visual content to shift perception of Microsoft as a thought leader in this significant and growing area of Microsoft's business.

Responsibilities:
* Own the messaging framework for Microsoft security, compliance and identity--from authoring to testing with customers
* Write blog content, scripts for speeches and videos, and other executive communications
* Partner with marketing teams across Microsoft to ensure security, compliance and identity messages are appropriately interwoven
* Live and breathe the Microsoft culture.
* Foster diversity and inclusion.
* Use data to evaluate and improve the impact of our messages and content
Qualifications:
* 5+ years technology marketing or equivalent experience in messaging creation and writing.
* Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts into simple and compelling prose
* Experience and proficiency making visual and verbal communication modes work together in harmony
* Experience in security, compliance, or identity and access management categories strongly preferred.
* Strong executive presence and cross-group collaboration skills.
