M&A Consultant I
What can you expect?
* Working under the direction of the Engagement Manager, the Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Consultant will support cross-line of business M&A business development and contribute to building Global M&A Consulting Services through participation in management, operations and special projects
* Working with our world class consultants and our clients Executive teams you will be a part of the due diligence process. You will leverage your outstanding project management skills to help drive post-merger strategies in health, wealth and careers all with the aim to build the companys most important asset, their people

We will count on you to:
Work with M&A Engagement Managers on US and multi-national M&A projects for private equity and corporate clients to provide leadership in the delivery of client solutions by:
* Providing partnership and momentum to cross-LOB Mercer teams and client teams as needed for M&A project success; providing project management and on-site Project Management Office leadership and management services to establish, maintain and improve project infrastructure
* Participating in the conduct of due diligence, due by close and transition projects for private equity and corporate clients
* Leveraging line of business consultants to deliver on subject matter expertise
* Support the business goals of Global M&A Consulting Services
* Support M&A Engagement Manager business development
What you need to have:
* BA/BS Degree
* 3-5 Years of experience in M&A, Org. Design or Business Transformation

* Ability to manage projects and work of significant complexity and scale.
* Significant personal initiative and professional drive
