Macys Media Network is seeking a Specialist, Client Analytics Strategy - this is a non-client facing role, and would be responsible (but not limited to) weekly performance / engagement reports such as Onsite Display, Offsite Display/Video, Social, and Sponsored Products. He/she will be responsible for post campaign analysis report templates to set up the Lead and Principal, Client Analytics Strategy to add learnings, insights, and recommendations. It is essential to QA your work to ensure accuracy. As campaigns are reported on, the Specialist will update the campaign norms database. On an as needed basis, the Specialist will work on ad-hoc reports. You will also work closely with Principal, Client Analytics Strategy to maintain / update benchmarks across our media channels and create reporting templates based on direction given. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in retail media analytics, understanding the intricacies of Onsite Display, Offsite Display, Offsite Video, Social, Sponsored products and closed loop reporting, measurement and analytics.
* Worked alongside client facing strategists to drive campaign strategy and implement optimization tactics.
* Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks.
* Highly accurate and will QA all data.
* Experience with different analytics tools and ad serving platforms to measure campaign performance.
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.
* BS/MS preferably in statistics, mathematics, economics, or business/marketing related fields.
* Experience in the following tools: Google Ads Manager, Facebook, MediaMath, Google DCM, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau.
Communication Skills:
* Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work with all levels.
Mathematical Skills:
* Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
Reasoning Ability:
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
Physical Demands:
* This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
* May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
* May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
* Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
* May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
