Promotes and provides pharmaceutical care by participating in clinical activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy, PharmD, or Board Certification required.

Minimum Work Experience: Five years hospital pharmacy experience or completion of an ASHP accredited residency program.

Licensure: Current Pharmacist license required.

Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions.
