Registers greets all patients and employees at the doors of the facility, asking the current relevant screening questions as per COVID19 screening process, while maintaining exceptional interpersonal customer services.
Job Requirements

Requires: Excellent customerservice skills. Excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the abilityto work with minimal supervision and be able to function independently withinhigh-level stress/discourse. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability tomaintain positive working relationships with patients, visitors, physicians andstaff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. Ability tomulti-task and be flexible. Ability to prioritize. Ability to interpret, adapt,and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to identify problems, problemsolve and recommend solutions. Must have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills and be able to communicate in a professional, respectfulmanner; Must have strong skills in English grammar, spelling and math. Strongattention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers andperform appropriate hand-off of information. Must possess the ability toprioritize work and to be aware of multiple time frames/deadlines. Must be ableto work in a stressful environment with frequent interruptions and takeappropriate action. Accurate typing skills and basic experience with computers.Bilingual, Spanish speaking and writing beneficial. Required to be flexiblewith shifts that cover days, evening, weekends and holidays. May need to workperiodic overtime.
