Supervises the activities of fewer than 100 patient service technicians and oversees the operations of fewer than 20 patient service centers within an assigned territory. Interrelates with laboratory directors, department managers, and branch managers to ensure the optimal operation of the patient services department. Ensures that all policies and procedures are updated and implemented in each territory in compliance with state and federal regulations and company mandates. Provides orientation, training, and performance evaluation of all patient services supervisors. Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic financial analyses for all patient service technician positions and patient service centers. Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic inspections of patient service centers and patient service technicians.
Requirements
License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred w/3-5 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
