Job Description:
Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of Digital Engineering principles and in-depth knowledge of project management related to PLM/PDM system implementation. Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Makes significant improvements in engineering processes, systems, or products to enable model-based definition and model-based systems engineering. Provides input into new business systems and processes and implements operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results.
Essential Functions:
* Conduct system trade studies
* Collaborate with business leaders on Digital Engineering capability
* Manage project schedule and budget
* Manage subcontract efforts
* Support IT system design and test process
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
* PLM/PDM Implementation experience
* Engineering Management and tools and process development
Preferred Additional Skills:
* Strong communication skills (oral and written)
* Ability to prepare executive leadership briefings
