Job Responsibilities

Financial and Strategic Analysis

* Provide analytical support for business leaders to support decision making
* Support development of financial forecasts both full year plans and mid-year updates
* Provide support on external competitors comparative performance analysis
* Provide analytical support to transform behaviors and techniques
* Support analysis to drive growth and profitability, as well as cost-savings and improvements
* Analyze performance data to forecast/trend
* Financial modeling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data
* Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information

Reporting

* Assist with Month-End close processes, ensuring Regional and Global deadlines are met. Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the Global Corporate Solutions financial results and KPIs. Provide support on the results analysis and commentary, working closely with the regional teams to identify and articulate the drivers behind the variances to Budget / Forecast.
* Engage in the Annual Budget and in-year Forecasting activities, including preparation and coordination between various groups, variance analysis and identification of Risks & Opportunities.
* Develop and execute regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
* Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity

Teamwork

* Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
* Develop the use of team cloud sharing sites for data collection, reporting and communication.
* Demonstrate high level of customer service with business leadership and finance team.
* Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
* 5 years related experience
* Advanced MS Excel skills required. Experience using the Oracle PeopleSoft environment and financial planning tools such as IBM Cognos TM1 or OneStream preferred. Tableau proficiency a plus.
* Strong financial, analytical and organizational skills.
* Seeks to understand drivers that move margins and actively manages to improve bottom line efficiencies.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively, establishing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
* Ability to collaborate across many levels.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.
* Advanced oral and written communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable. Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.
