Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is recruiting for Director, Deliver Compliance Integrated Governance, located anywhere in the United States, preferably near a J&J; site.

Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution, and transportation. Johnson & Johnson Deliver is dedicated to enabling the Customer Experience across our Pharma, Medical Devices and Consumer businesses which are solving the most important consumer products, medical and healthcare needs across the globe. As a member of the Deliver Integrated Compliance Management team, this role will support Deliver Integrated Compliance management leader in participating in and influencing across all J&J; compliance forums.

The scope of Director, Deliver Compliance Integrated Governance role involves leading primary workstreams including, but not limited to:

* Defines and deploys governance standards to ensure an integrated approach to compliance management for Deliver
* Supervises metrics identifying gaps in standards that impact Deliver and leads compliance counterparts throughout J&J; to address
* Drives trade compliance digitization strategy across complex regulatory and systems landscape
* Establishes, communicates and measures business cases for compliance related data, process and automation initiatives
* Identifies and leads process, data and automation solutions for continuous improvement
* Supports Deliver Integrated Compliance management leader across participation and influence of compliance forums across J&J;: SOX, Trade Compliance, Contract compliance, EHS&S;, Deliver Quality and Compliance and HCBI.
* Direct and oversee third party providers, particularly automation providers, where required

Qualifications
* A Bachelors Degree is required. A Masters or other Advanced Degree is preferred
* A minimum of 10 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Customer Service Operations or Trade Compliance, and management of large programs.
* Experience in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Distribution is preferred
* U.S. Customs Brokers License or equivalent is preferred

Technical Skills and Experiences:

* Technical knowledge of regulatory standards is preferred
* Demonstrated experience working in compliance areas (SOX, EHS&S;, Trade Compliance, Quality &Compliance;, Contracts, HCBI) is required
* Deep subject matter expertise in a critical compliance domain (SOX, EHS&S;, Trade Compliance, Quality &Compliance;, Contracts, HCBI) is preferred
* Experience with Global Trade Management systems and emerging trade compliance solutions is preferred
* Global digitization strategy and implementation experience is preferred
* Experience defining, assessing and measuring country specific regulatory compliance programs against global SOPs and standards is preferred
* Change management experience is preferred

Managerial Skills and Experiences:

* Proven track record to lead by influence rather than authority is required
* Ability to promote a strategy and motivate change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication is required
* This position can be located anywhere in the United States, preferably near a J&J; site, and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel
