Located in downtown Indianapolis, this is a full-cycle RN recruitment role. This individual will be process driven, passionate about the candidate experience, and will have had exposure working in a large and complex organization. Demonstrable experience in critical thinking, incorporating recruitment methods, and providing positive recruitment experiences to leaders and candidates is a must. As a TA Consultant, you will partner with nursing leaders to develop strategies and identify quality candidates and excite them about a career with IU Health.

This position is based in downtown Indianapolis with work from home flexibility (currently working 100% remote due to COVID-19 and a hybrid remote role pre-COVID). Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.
Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
