The Memory and IO Technologies team in Intel has an opening for a product development engineer. Working on our team, the qualified applicant would be responsible to help develop the next generation of DRAM memory testing.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to) the following:

* Ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.

* Evaluate, develop and debug existing DDR and LPDDR test methods on the Memory Tester.

* Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to support engineering teams as needed.

* Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications

You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 months experience in:

* C and/or C++ programming.

* Java, Perl and/or Python.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience with oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
