Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Leader: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Delivery Leader is a critical role within the TA CoE, enabling the optimal recruitment process to attract and recruit the best people into Honeywell, creating efficiencies for talent to be sourced and ready for the roles proactively, and drive innovation as a top priority to enable high quality talent pools to drive the digital enterprise transformation. This role will enable the most objective, bias free, fast and proactive recruitment process for all critical job pools across the region.
Optimal Delivery Model: Responsible for ensuring TA governance, and execution at both Honeywell recruiting partners and In-House teams, in partnership with TA technology and TA Operations. Ensure the best top recruiters and recruiting AI is in place to select the best talent fit for Honeywell digital transformation. Partner with all relevant stakeholders and COE peers to advance hiring processes, reporting, and analytics to the highest possible level to make hiring easier and drive greater effectiveness for recruiters and businesses.
Strategic Partnerships and Supplier Management: Own relationship with the recruiting partner, accountable for the performance of every single recruiter, ensure SLA performance is being achieved and action plans in place for continuous improvement. Single escalation points to ensure recruiting partners have what they need from Honeywell to deliver high quality results. Build a seamless relationship with recruiting partner integrating them fully into the Honeywell DNA.
Continuous Improvement: Drive consistent processes, service excellence, maximize Honeywell standard technology and reporting and drive continuous improvement ideas in partnership with SBGs and global operations and technology teams. Communicate new policies, guidelines, and expectations to RPOs and ensure consistent implementation (hiring freezes, data entry requirements, intake standards, etc.), while ensuring local norms are considered.
Business Engagement: Develop MOS to work closely with SBG TA COE teams to understand business needs, and communicate those needs to the recruiting teams to ensure ongoing alignment with TA delivery. Build accountability for critical job segments to enable mobility and talent submission from common pools across the enterprise (e.g. sales, general managers, business development, finance, human resources, engineering, software, other).
Become an Expert: Escalation point for business staffing delivery issues and partner with HRS analytics team to drive enhanced reporting for the CoE, HRGs and recruiting teams to drive root cause analysis and action planning. Prepare communication materials that SBGs can leverage for sharing broadly and become a subject matter expert to address escalations from HRGs and hiring managers across all businesses as backup to COE resources.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* Bachelors Degree
* 5+ years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition

* Strong recruiter skills, prior experience as a recruiter
* Strong knowledge of recruiting systems ATS, CRM, sourcing tools
