JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible to ensure all operations of the US Dental Field Services team are running effectively and set the strategic direction for the field services leadership teams. Assess and ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreement and Key Predictive Indicators when providing technical service for customers; including routine and emergency intake and repairs.

This position will be responsible for the eastern half of the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and create strategic goals for the field services organization including profitability targets, performance expectations, staffing models, training, and budgets. Own the communication and accountability strategy for these items.
* Provide direction and support for Area Service Managers providing overall senior leadership and ensuring Area Managers understand and execute on the strategic priorities for the division.
* Develop, drive, and monitor Key Productivity Indicators for Field Service.
* Coordinate with Director of Call Services to ensure ESTs are being dispatched effectively.
* Participate actively as a member of the senior operations management team fostering goal achievement, team building, communication and joint problem solving
* Ensure contract requirements related to Practice Protection and Early Warning System are achieved.
* Improve EST efficiencies and productivity throughout US Dental.
* Work closely with various level of Sales Management to facilitate support of sales initiatives.
* Develop and implement regular reports on key initiatives and progress towards goals.
* Ensure EST compliance with Corporate policy regarding regulatory, time and attendance, and Return Manufacturer Authorization initiatives.
* Responsible for growing parts and labor revenue through strategic programs, effective communication and ensuring TSMs are held accountable for results.

Qualification

WORK EXPERIENCE:

12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 5 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Masters degree or global equivalent a plus.
