Our Impact:

Enable the Division to execute on our HR Strategy while putting the human back in human resources.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part in supporting the Division in executing on our Strategy, by rotating through three areas HR Connect+, HR Solutions, and Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Chief Diversity Officer (CDO).

HR Connect+ team:

* Support our Freddie Mac employee inquiries via a state-of-the-art services platform

* Have exposure to all facets of HR while researching and answering Freddie Mac employees calls, chats and online inquiry submission concerning HR topics

HR Solutions team:

* Supporting onboarding activities from preboarding through the new hires first day

* Provide support of offboarding employees

Office of the CHRO & CDO:

* Provide support for targeted employee experiences from ideation to planning and execution

* Support the creation and distribution of HR communication content

Qualifications:

* Major: Human Resources, Marketing/Communications, Finance

* Expected graduation date of December 2021 or May 2022

* GPA: 3.5+

* Strong customer centric mindset

* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office

* Ability to provide clear, concise, and timely responses both written and verbal
