Job Description
We are seeking a strong candidate to support to join our Automotive & Mobility Knowledge Team (A&M KT). As a member of the team, you will be primarily supporting our North American projects, with international assignments as they arise. Working closely with our A&M KT analysts and experts, you will be an integral part in delivering industry insights and data to our case teams in the field.
You will also learn how we approach problems of our clients in order to help them perform better than before and strengthen their market position. The role provides the chance to gain experience across a wide variety of topics within the automotive and mobility sector as well as helping to further our world-class knowledge base and infrastructure.
* Driving knowledge management tasks
* Maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base
* Preparing overviews on internal experts and their skills
* Internally publishing and distributing research findings
* Supporting our Knowledge and Consulting Team in a variety of Automotive & Mobility research topics and analyses
* Becoming an integral part of our competence center teams Digital in Automotive and Mobility Innovation to support in day-to-day business and strategic projects
* Developing topics around new mobility solutions and digitalization together with experienced BCGers
* Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements
* Interest and experience for the automotive and mobility industry and related topics are a plus
* Ability to grasp new and complex tasks and topics high learning agility
* Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
