What youll do
Train and mentor Field Engineers on BiaCore Platform
Work closely with ASM to develop BiaCore skills in territory
Hold weekly FE calls to update and share new information and ways of working
Responsible for conducting training classes in MBO
Help develop training content and work with other FTLs
Who you are
Level 3 Field Engineer for BiaCore
A mentor and leader among your peers
Ability to relay complex information in a simplified way
Innovative and forward thinker
Proficient in all aspects of BiaCore platform, including IQOQs, PMs, Unicorn, and Service
Comfortable training and evaluating engineers including giving feedback, both positive and
negative
