Financial Resources Management (FRM) provides in-business leadership on capital and liquidity management and efficiency across the Institutional Clients Group. The team exists to solve complex problems, concentrating on regulatory & capital optimization opportunities to support the business strategy of the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) franchise. In partnership with Risk, Finance, Front Office, Compliance, and Technology groups, FRM provides guidance, structure, and analysis for efficiency efforts and project portfolios
The Strategic Projects team collaborates across both FRM and the ICG franchises to track, manage, and coordinate programs from initiation to delivery. Strategic Projects exist to facilitate collaboration between various teams, to manage risks and issues during the project lifecycle, and identify high-impact issues that require solutions. ICG Business Capital Analytics
Citi continues to enhance regulatory capital cross-divisional governance, program management and product expertise. Driving completion of deliverables that are complex, highly time-sensitive and often closely inter-linked is of critical importance when developing efficiency around financial resources. Regulatory deadlines, complex calculations, and a broad spectrum of stakeholders require thought leadership and strong regulatory capital expertise. In this role, you will be a part the Strategic Projects team, acting as the lead regulatory capital expert, providing critical challenge, review and guidance to a team of partners driving the remediation of regulatory capital issues. The initial focus of this role will be the investigation and remediation of a broad range of regulatory capital governance, process and system weaknesses. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly partner with other team members to assess the adequacy of existing regulatory capital controls and process, apply the relevant regulatory guidance and work with key stakeholders to plan best-in-class processes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree and significant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Financial Engineering, Physics or related field
* 6+ years relevant experience in the Financial Services industry or data analytics
* Experience in regulatory capital advisory positions at a regulator, consultancy or large financial institution
* A demonstrated history of delivering on initiatives
* Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a firm
* Proven analytical skills for developing data analysis and quantitative strategies
* An ability to manage personal workload and agenda independently but in alignment with the priorities of the business unit
* Ability to work under pressure in a highly professional Front Office environment
* Familiarity with large scale data and querying ability is preferred
* A foundational understanding of Basel III legislature
