About the role:
The Product Manager Brain Therapies Marketing Operations is responsible for operational support for the Deep Brain Stimulation franchise within the Neuromodulation business of Boston Scientific. This individual will have well-developed skills in project management, communication, and follow through. Were looking for a take-charge spirit to proactively engage with the broader international sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day product marketing operations supporting new product launch activities and creating solutions for strategic partnerships. This individual will champion product commercialization activities across both internal and external stakeholders such as global supply chain, regulatory, quality, and technical communications and will collaborate closely with the international commercial sales and marketing teams.
This person must be detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple changing priorities, committed to managing multiple stakeholders, and driven to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with medical capital, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical is required.

Your responsibilities include:
Day-to-day product marketing operations with primary focus on international expansions and strategic partnership solutions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams supporting new product launch, commercialization, and post launch activities.
Champion product commercialization activities across multiple internal and external groups such as global supply chain, regulatory, quality, technical communications, international sales and marketing teams.
Communicate proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.
Develops relationships and builds credibility with key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendors to finalize, organize and achieve deliverable assets.
Support cross-functional teams (including Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Project Management, Technical Communications, International Commercial teams, as well as with external vendor partners) to gain approval and launch.
Streamline supporting systems and drive process improvements.

What were looking for in you:
Bachelors degree required (in life science or related field preferred); M.B.A. or advanced degree preferred.
Working in a highly regulated environment and familiarity with medical capital, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical
1+ years of marketing experience
Medical device industry experience preferred
Product management experience preferred
Previous launch experience preferred
Ability to complete assignments of an advanced degree of complexity, working under little or no supervision on specific tasks or projects.
Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
Strong analytic and strategic thinking ability
Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
Work with a global mindset
Up to 20% travel may be required
