The Digital Product Development team within Wells Fargo Advisors Independent Brokerage & Platform Services group is responsible for delivering dynamic, engaging and innovative digital solutions to best serve the evolving needs and preferences of our clients. The Digital Product Development team is responsible for maintaining and growing the current digital offerings of Wells Fargo Advisors. The team is also responsible for building the next generation of online and mobile investing capabilities and digital servicing experiences and partners across the organization to drive these changes.

The e-Business Consultant 2 is a key contributor in the Digital Product Development team. The analyst is part of the Investing Guidance scrum team which is tasked with attracting and retaining new direct clients via seamless multi-channel investing guidance. Reporting to the Client Products & Tools Product Management Manager, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills along with a desire to work in an agile product development organization as a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and help execute product and/or client experience requirements and user stories
* Identify and document how different business requirements impact the end-to-end client experience
* Create client experience user flows to support the development of client-facing digital products
* Collaborate with Design Team to deliver user-friendly and high-performing digital client experiences
* Partner with Design and Research Teams to obtain user insights and iterate designs to meet client needs
* Partner across the Investing Guidance scrum team on solution design and delivery
* Maintain and analyze program metrics to derive forward-looking client experience recommendations
* Utilize Client/Advisor/Contact Center feedback to help drive change to the digital client experience
* Review available competitive analysis to assess the competitive landscape
* Review and update business requirement and/or project documentation
* Support site and client-facing email content & copy development and approvals
* Perform content audits to ensure information remains accurate and up-to-date
* Participate in pre-production and production validation scheduled project releases, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and hot fixes
* Drive efforts to inform, socialize and provide enhancement awareness to key business unit partners
* Actively participate in agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of e-business experience

* Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
* Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
