Wells Fargos Asset-Backed Finance (ABF) group provides direct structured lending in addition to the underwriting and distribution of asset-backed securities for clients with assets that generate long-term cash flows who access the bond markets through securitizations. As part of Asset Backed Finance Technology group, we help provide solutions to many sub line of business of ABF by building custom built applications.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting technology team with performing business analysis, designing, and helping manage suite of application portfolio in the Wells Fargo environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with business customers and members of the larger IT organization while analyzing requirements, creating diagrams, and supporting technology organizations.
The candidate will take previous hands-on experience in application support and maintenance, technology strategy and compliance and help tech team deliver innovative yet practical solutions to the organization. In addition to working independently, this individual must demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate ideas to multiple levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
Desired Qualifications
* Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
* Experience delivering and supporting large, highly available enterprise-level applications
* Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
* Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Other Desired Qualifications
* 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
* 2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting
* 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Safety and Soundness initiatives, iTracker, SDLC Tracker, SD (Secure Development ), Elements or AMCT (Application Maintenance Calendaring Tool), Technology Remediation and Execution (TREX), Technology Compliance Program (TCP)
* 1+ year of advanced JIRA experience
* 1+ year of technical project coordinator experience
* 1+ year of SharePoint administration experience
* Experience with application compliance support around policy, strategy, and governance.
* Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles and Site Reliability Engineering
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile Methodology
