Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
This position is within Wells Fargo Commercial Capital - Corporate Trust Services (CTS) - Document Custody
The Custody Operations Specialist 2 is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Performs entry level general operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature.
Duties by means of the documents or collateral files may include:
* filing, sorting, Network copying, receive requests for release, prepare collateral to be released to requestor and scan bar codes all according to departmental expectations.
* Compiling simple data.
* Perform routine shifting of files to accommodate new inventory.
* Assist with special projects or duties as assigned.
* Works under close supervision while following established procedures and may perhaps assist Work Director.
* Computer skills, self motivated, strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality customer service.
* Ability to file numerically and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
* Participate in team environment to meet departmental deadlines.
* Able to climb step stool, reach, bend, and stretch for long periods of time.
* Flexibility of job assignment within three custody vaults which are located within a 3 mile radius.
Additional duties will include:
* Research items using emBTRUST data base.
* Performs daily operational tasks which may include: preparing and scanning New Loan Deposits, processing sales or transfers in entirety, file back to shelf all while meeting departmental production standards.
* Physically check shelves and carts when researching files.
* Assist in the resolution of customer issues.
* Assist in the LC files follow-up and research, completing checklist through all steps.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
* Provide coverage to other Processors, Clerks and Work Directors as needed.
* Self-starter, work in team environment
* Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds.
* Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.

Required Qualifications
* 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: operations, customer interaction, production or general office environment demonstrated through work or military experience
