Responsibilities

Mental Health Outcomes is seeking a part-time Data Coordinator I at our headquarters in Lewisville, TX.

Data Coordinator I

Summary of Major Functions: Responsible for verifying documents received from hospital clients, using Teleform software system. The Data Coordinator is a member of the PsychSafe workforce, a Patient Safety Organization.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential core function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, experience, and ability necessary to perform this job.

Essential Core Functions:

1. Verifying: Imports and verifies documents using Teleform software to ensure accuracy of data.
2. UHS Patient Satisfaction
3. CQI+ Outcomes
4. UHS Outcomes

2. Quality Review - Review patient satisfaction data and transfer data to corporate office as scheduled

3. Serves as back-up to Customer Service Representative for answering main phone line as scheduled.

4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
