Get inspired by what you do:

* Establish strong, productive vendor relations at multiple hierarchy levels within the Physical Security space

* Collaborate across teams to build visibility with vendors and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage for SYNNEX products

* Be a market maker and influence positioning within the Physical Security technology segment using your expertise and experience

* Help define and execute annual growth programs to achieve sales targets and deliver quantified results

Strategic Business Management & Planning

* Develop annual strategic business strategies for important market driving initiatives

* Provide consistent tracking against annual and quarterly plans for achieving market growth and incremental sales

* Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews showcasing SYNNEX execution against current plans with strategic Physical Security vendors

* Possess the ability to quickly pivot against a current strategy as the Physical Security landscape evolves for greater ROI and results

* Use industry and market intelligence to refine growth plans on an ongoing basis as new opportunities come into play

* Identify target resellers for business development based on insight into the Physical Security market and historical trending

* Identify ways to build margin by means of bundling, collaboration, and solution selling within the Physical Security Ecosystem

Marketing Direction

* Work with marketing and program management team to develop programs for demand creation and sales development

* Present vendor marketing programs and objectives to salesforce

* Identify in-demand products within the Physical Security category and develop effective marketing to build awareness and increase sales volume

* Cross market complementary solutions into appropriate vertical market segments

Partner and Customer Enablement

* Consistent cadence and streamlined communication with SYNNEX sales force and with vendor partners within Physical Security technology and solutions

* Maximize the strength of vendor partner programs as it relates to SYNNEX ability to enable reseller for new resale opportunities

* Assist the sales team with information connecting assigned Physical Security vendors within the complete ecosystem

* Position SYNNEX as the premier partner for both the vendor and reseller

* Develop product presentations for the sales force

Your passion is sparked by:

* College degree preferred (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management) and a minimum of 3 years' sales experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in IT networking (either sales or product management) or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience preferred in Physical security space (Video Surveillance / Access Control), but not required

* Technical background and advanced knowledge of IT industry (distribution preferred)

* Ability to achieve expert knowledge of products in assigned portfolio

* Experience in analyzing market trends and demands to drive competitive advantage, facilitate product demonstrations, and achieve goals

* Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting

* Demonstrated experience in business development

* Advanced operation skills: MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms
