GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Operations Analyst / HR Administrator will be a support resource for HR and DC Operations Leadership. They will focus on daily HR task, and a strategic focus on DC operations and functionality. HR responsibilities will be 25% of the role while the operations analyst responsibilities will be strategic DC wide level analysis and reporting and take up 75% of the role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Support R&R (Productivity / Process Improvement)

1. Regular and consistently extract data elements from Warehouse Management System
2. Analyze and manage data elements in Productivity Database
3. Review and adjust database references
4. Manipulate data elements to generate coherent quick-look reports for Management Team
5. Perform data gaps analysis/resolution and critical review of data elements to ensure accuracy and efficacy
6. Contribute insight for continued improvement of DC operations
7. Communication of general and detailed views of productivity to leadership teams

HR R&R

1. Managing FMLA, Time and Attendance, HR communications, Employee engagement committee, New hire orientation, etc. Small HR items, with space to take on more if

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
* 3+ years experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
* Strong ability to learn and utilize systems and processes
* Experience utilizing data to drive decisions
