Business Technology is looking for an experienced M&A Sr. Product Analyst with an extensive background in building scalable and innovative solutions for Mergers & Acquisitions Go-to-Market Integration projects. This role will join the product group dedicated to supporting the M&A organization here at Salesforce. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments and is experienced in managing complex projects in support of an overall M&A philosophy and strategy. This individual must have deep Salesforce platform and application experience, specifically in the area of Sales, Marketing, Quote to Cash, Finance, and Post-Sales functions.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Risk/Impact analysis, document As is process documentation for the acquisition.
* Define Future state business processes, product roadmap and strategy for the acquisition integration.
* Gather requirements and create detailed functional specifications to deliver strong business value.
* Prioritize, track, coordinate and communicate on M&A integration projects, issues and tasks with cross-functional stakeholders and the leadership team.
* Work closely with Systems Specialists and Engineering Scrum teams to execute and deliver on project goals.
* Build customer empathy through in-depth client interview and other market research techniques.
* Support the implementation of change management activities.
* Partner with the BT and support organizations to provide knowledge transfer, support and technical assistance to end users
* Assists with backlog grooming of new enhancement requests.
* Participate in Agile scrum team as the central subject matter expert.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
* Bias for action. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
* 3+ years of similar experience in product management or a combination of product, engineering, and data roles.
* Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with both business and technical professionals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to craft and deliver messages at all levels of granularity, from executive pitches to functional architecture diagrams and implementation requirements.
* Experience gathering customer-centric requirements and writing functional design specification documents
* Superior analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Preferred:
* Salesforce certified professional.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
