Role Description:
Were looking for a self-starting, passionate partner experience manager to oversee program operations and partner communications for the the AppExchange Marketing Program (AMP). AMP is a co-marketing program designed to help our AppExchange partners grow their businesses with Salesforce. In this role, you will be our partners trusted advisor, supporting them from exploration through long-term participation. The ideal candidate:

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the fulfillment and delivery of AMP co-marketing programs to 50+ partners per quarter
* Oversee AMP partner application, acceptance, and contract process (includes new contract and application creation, DocuSign management, redlines, credit memos, and follow-up with collections)
* Update and maintain master dashboard of AMP applications and marketing inventory
* Schedule all AMP promotions quarterly
* Outline and manage AMP project ownership and ensure timelines are met by all accountable parties
* Manage partner kick-off, onboarding, and the collection of required inputs quarterly
* Create and maintain collaboration groups for AMP participants
* Oversee partner billing and invoicing to provide AMPs operating budget
* Own the delivery of several AMP promotions such as newsletter features, AppExchange.comsite placements, and live demos
* Act as an AMP business stakeholder in the roll-out of program automation with Business Technology
* Collaborate quarterly with Revenue Operations on SKU management and creation
* Create, maintain, and improve the teams systems and program documentation
* Collaborate across a number of Salesforce partner, marketing, legal, and creative teams to complete projects and deliver new ones
* Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, answering their questions, providing status updates, communicating new opportunities, and connecting partners with enablement resources
* Understand the larger partner ecosystem and represent AMP in meetings with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
* Support AMP team with other tasks such as technology testing or presentation materials
Requirements:
* Project management: track record of handling multiple projects and ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Client and stakeholder management experience with a high-credibility presence
* Familiarity with tools like flow charts, swim lane definitions, and process requirements documentation
* Accountability: experience executing through complexity and proven ability to hold yourself and stakeholders accountable to mutual plans
* Experience packaging complex processes in a clear, simplified, easy-to-consume manner
* Strong interpersonal skills: ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Track record of resilience
* Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and coordinating efforts across multiple parties
* Five+ years of project management experience, account management a plus
* Experience in big-picture program design, change management, and/or technology automation a plus
* Salesforce product knowledge a plus
