Coldwell Banker Gundaker is looking for an Office Coordinator in the Maryland, MO office.
The Office Coordinator acts as a customer service champion for our agents and supports the Office Administrator with the reception and general administrative functions within the Branch Office. The Office Coordinator is responsible for all reception duties including answering and directing calls, answering general agent questions, ensuring that the common areas are clean and well-stocked, and coordinating the mail/deliveries. The Office Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks including data entry, organizing sales files and maintaining office equipment.
Essential Job Duties:
Reception: Responsible for answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for any onsite visitors, managing the mail for staff and agents, keeping common office spaces clean, organized stocked and ensuring office equipment remains fully operational.
Agent Support: Responsible for supporting and providing exceptional customer service to all agents. This includes being a point of contact for agent questions and needs on a variety of company software and systems and supporting the Office Administrator and Branch Manager with communications regarding office events and/our announcements.
Administrative: Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This includes sales files check lists to ensure all items are submitted, following up accordingly with agents when items missing and providing support as needed to Office Administrator with a variety of tasks, such as maintaining office boards, data entry, etc.
Other Duties:
* Help maintain physical office space.
* Other Administrative: Provide general administrative support for the office as needed, along with serving as the back-up to other positions in the office during any absence.

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years customer service experience preferred; Prior Real Estate strongly preferred.
* Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher (including utilizing templates and mail merge), and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate with different audiences to convey message successfully and to change gear quickly to support different customers
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
* Customer focused, delivery oriented, good team member, values honesty and integrity
