The Communications & Airspace Management Systems (CAMS) Product Line of Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analysis Manager role for the diverse $1.8B portfolio.

In this role the candidate will report directly to the CAMS Senior FP&A Manager and support tops-down and bottoms-up financial analysis for the Mission Area, focusing on accurate and integrated forecasting and risk analysis for Investments and Bookings. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure appropriately managed expectations and cross functional communication as well as development of comprehensive business cases for all investment decisions.

This assignment provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the monthly close process, the Mission Area Long Range Plan and the Annual Operating Plan, with particular emphasis on Investments. The effective candidate will be able to provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in Mission Area initiatives as required. The position will initially have a team of one to two analysts reporting to them.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 8 years of related professional Finance experience
* Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.).
* Good written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information to all levels of organization
* Ability to interact with and guide team members at every level of the Finance and functional organizations
* U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
