POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager, Risk Management (SMRM) will be responsible for project management and facilitating the resolution of team objectives for PVH. This position includes being a liaison with the retail operations, insurance carriers, and Risk Management team to assist in the development of safety training, business continuity planning, operational and crisis management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
* This person will be the key partner to the retail field in identifying and communicating exposure risks that the business is exposed to in its operating environment.
* Be the innovation thought leader in all of the Risk Management responsibilities mentioned above for the retail field and will possess an understanding of government regulations and their direct impact to our Retail associates and customers.
* Coordinate projects and lead teams towards completion
* Stay abreast of cost-effective industry trends in order to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development with the capability to implement industry best practices at PVH.
* Design and build training programs to ensure comprehensive and consistent adoption of key strategic objectives, policies and practices in all North American PVH Retail Stores.
* Act as trusted advisor to business units and 3rd party partners on all matters of the retail communications, training, technology, and project delivery.
* Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for increased efficiency through new tools and techniques, including other necessary modifications needed due to regulations within a respective country or region.
* Accountable to successfully deliver assigned programs/projects and results through cross-functional collaboration and partnering with the program/project leads and stakeholders.
* Enable the delivery of business outcomes; identify critical deficiencies as well as opportunities for transformation; propose solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with Field Leadership to develop a clear understanding of business needs and opportunities for training and solution advancements/improvements.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on retail-based Risk Management strategy questions to shared service leaders
* Assist in the management of Risk Management partnerships and contract negotiations, (in conjunction with Corporate Procurement), with outside vendors on behalf of the retail field.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Risk Management field, including project management, contract review and insurance knowledge
Education: Bachelors degree

* Project Management Leader
* Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
* Ability to condense various data points to present to RM dept and other stakeholders
* Ability to work flexibility to respond to international events around the world
