The Value Realization team will create the next generation of business value as the connection between global leaders and the PepsiCo Data & Analytics organization. We will achieve this by driving desired business outcomes across the value chain with consistent processes to track, measure, and optimize the value of our Data & Analytics portfolio.

The Shared Services space encompasses Finance, Human Resources, IT, Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs and Legal within Value Realization and is a key enabler of PepsiCos overall value chain. This function seeks to serve Shared Services global partners with right-sized Data & Analytics solutions based on their state of business maturity. The Shared Services team will discover where value drivers are shared across sectors and markets, while providing businesses intelligence to accelerate market/BU capabilities. Shared Services value realization will help our PepsiCo partners unlock the best opportunities to lift, adapt, and scale solutions to solve unique business challenges and optimize overall PepsiCo operations that focus on our external customers and consumers.

Accountabilities

* Define global value realization strategy for Shared Services capability as it relates to Data & Analytics discovery, business maturity assessments, KPI definition, monitoring, measuring, and roadmap creation.
* Support core business processes across sector Shared Services efforts by collaborating with business leaders and providing the right Data & Analytics services using Agile principles.
* Provide vision and clarity to design modern Finance, Human Resources, IT, Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs and Legal D&A solutions to deliver state of the art capabilities at the speed of business, while being cost-effective and working collaboratively across teams.
* Build Data & Analytics strategic operating plans in alignment with global business imperatives.
* Identify and drive Shared Services initiatives that enable growth, productivity and transformational optimization for sectors and markets.
* Own and drive tactical market-level use cases to shape larger strategic value creation plays.
* Enable global cross-functional initiatives such as Holistic Cost Management and NRM to scale cost reduction opportunities while maximizing topline growth.
* Build reusable D&A solutions by utilizing knowledge of Share Services integrations and microservices that can be leveraged by our global organization.
* Design D&A solutions for interoperability and align business stakeholders to drive common processes/solutions, while identifying business process improvements.
* Mobilize a team of cross-functional experts with a mix of internal and external expertise to execute programs that sustain operations while delivering the projected value of business investments.
* Partner across the internal PepsiCo Data & Analytics team to share demand shaping priorities, value management progress and value realization results

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or Business; Master's Degree a plus
* Ideally 10+ years of related experience
* 5+ years of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs and Legal experience driving transformation and optimization across functional areas
* 5+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry experience
* Seasoned leadership skills defining solutions and leading teams to create D&A solutions at scale in a corporate environment comparable to PepsiCo
* Ability to manage employees and vendor resources across multiple geographies
* Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills to support Sr. Leaders with defining relevant Data & Analytics POCs and roadmaps
* Confident, makes decisions and inspires confidence in the teams he/she is accountable for providing direction
* Strategic thinker, can easily define long-term plans and rapidly translate into action
* Ability to manage by influencing in a complex matrix environment
* Effectively communicates complex Data & Analytics concepts and solutions to Sr. Leaders
* Understands and keeps current with emerging technologies and trends and finds innovative ways to apply these to our business
* Inspires and builds the next generation of PepsiCo leaders, leveraging a desire to create a diverse team of talent
