Job Description

As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, you will develop strategies to support the advancement of internal talent and continue to build an inclusive workplace for Facebook. We are seeking a seasoned, team-oriented diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to influence, design, implement and execute programs. Reporting directly to the VP, Workforce Diversity & Inclusion, this person will advise the Central Product Services (CPS) organization in best in class D&I practices and partner and integrate D&I within US sites, organizations, HR (people) and talent management and leadership development within a highly matrixed organization. In partnership with the HRBP, Organization Leader, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Analytics and Diversity Business Partner teams, develop and execute strategies to FIND, GROW and KEEP underrepresented people at all levels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact.

Director, Diversity & Inclusion Responsibilities

* Help build and manage the growing Diversity team, working closely with each Diversity Business Partner to address the diversity-specific challenges and opportunities in Central Product Services

* Develop and drive retention and professional development strategies aligned to Central Product Services, improving the overall employee experience and professional progression

* Serve as a strategic business partner, advisor and leader who can influence HR and business clients by understanding root cause, building and executing solutions and flexing to meet partners where they are in order to help them take action

Minimum Qualifications

* 12+ years experience in D&I, HR or Talent Management

* Skilled in translating external and internal trends into innovative and creative practices

* Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

* Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies

* Experience processing information and building solutions to challenges and approaches to opportunities

* Experience with research and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience coach and advisor to leaders, managers and organizations

* Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan

* Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders

* Exceptional communication skills exhibited at all levels within an organization

* Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
