Facebook is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who is passionate about the way Facebook can work with a range of partners from community organizations, group leaders and non-profits to businesses and startups  with an interest in technology, social media and business strategy  to build a variety of valuable sustainability and monetization product experiences for people to become part of meaningful communities.   
The Community Partnerships team's mission is to empower community leaders to start, grow and sustain meaningful communities around the world. The team serves community leaders to understand and address their needs in sustaining and strengthening their communities and is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with these key partners.   
This person will collect and synthesize product feedback from partners, translate this feedback into high-quality insights to inform monetization product development across a variety of product teams, support early stage product testing and adoption amongst community leaders, and optimize new experiences and processes to ensure our partners are successful. You will represent community leaders to ensure the products we build are grounded in our partners needs, stories, and goals for their communities.   
You will work with some of the worlds best organizations and community leaders as well as our world class product teams. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Policy, Legal, Marketing, PR and the Operations teams to influence, launch, support and scale products that help community leaders build economically sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for innovative social products and their potential for transforming communities.
Monetization Product Strategic Partner Manager Responsibilities
  * Help drive Facebook Groups monetization product strategy through strategic partnerships with community leaders - both individuals and organizations
  * Develop and drive partner strategy to support community building on Facebook, across the family of apps, with a focus on Facebook Groups. This includes developing and executing strategy to ensure partner feedback informs product development of key monetization features through tactics including alpha and beta testing
  * Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
  * Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  * Represent Facebook in external meetings with influential community leaders
  * Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving technical and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate
  * Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships
Minimum Qualifications
  * 8+ years of work experience in a product management, business development, or strategic partnerships role for a mobile, consumer technology company or relevant industry
  * Experience with monetization (entrepreneurship/SMB or enterprise) or ads platforms
  * Experience building communities and the power of people coming together
  * Relevant experience working cross-functionally with product, partnership, or technical experience in consumer technology companies
  * Understanding of Facebook Platform and how its products could be leveraged to build community
Preferred Qualifications
  * Experience building communities using Facebooks family of apps
  * Demonstrated care/commitment to driving impact in society
  * Knowledge of how Facebook products could be leveraged to build community
  * Product/technical experience in consumer technology companies (mobile focused)
  * Experience using data to make decisions
  * Market research experience
