As the Manager, Corporate Compensation you will support the Corporate Compensation function and have enterprise wide responsibility in matters relating to minimum wage and salary compliance, system configuration, year-end cycle management, accrual management, incentive plan documentation, compensation survey participation and training facilitation. This role will provide expertise in developing key indicator reporting and providing ad-hoc support to the compensation leadership team. What youll do on a typical day:
* Manage end-to-end FLSA minimum wage and salary compliance for all employees in the United States and maintain data accuracy in GovDocs
* Partner with Business Unit Compensation and HR Technology teams to configure compensation tools and systems for all year end compensation cycles
* Lead efforts to define audit protocols and conduct regular compensation data audits within SuccessFactors in partnership with Business Unit Compensation and HR Technology teams
* Create training materials for all incentive plans and compensation systems and host live training webinars for business unit compensation teams, HRBPs, people leaders and employees
* Manage and update annual incentive plan documents and partner with L&D teams to configure XPO University for plan document acknowledgement
* Create and maintain key indicator reporting for company-wide compensation metrics including total compensation expense for salaries, bonuses, salary increases and all incentive compensation
* Manage end-to-end bonus, severance and retention accrual processes on a monthly basis by partnering with Business Unit Compensation, HRBPs and Corporate Accounting teams and provide roll up reporting to the global compensation leadership team
* Provide full life cycle project management and project delivery for key compensation projects
* Create look-up tools using Microsoft Excel for global salary ranges and develop custom reporting tools as needed for HRBP and Recruiting teams
* Assist in global compensation survey participation with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford and other ad-hoc surveys
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, youll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 5 years industry experience managing corporate compensation programs
* Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency creating complex formulas in Excel
Itd be great if you also have:
* Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance or other related discipline
* Experience with SuccessFactors
* Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources
