The primary delivery of the team is a suite of virtual models proven to predict product performance without the need of physical units. The teams physics-based approach ensures the models are parameterized such that the predictive capability is valid between products with varying form/dimensions. This is achieved through deep technical knowledge, systematic problem solving and extensive lab experimentation to prove correlation and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

* The Lead Engineer will work with the global simulation based engineering teams and cooking subsystem teams to create and execute highly physics-based system-performance models (both 1D and 3D) for cooking products to enable virtual prediction of thermal, structure and combustion performance.
* As a technical leader for the modeling team, it is critical for you to lead project teams and interact with other sub-system teams and system integration teams to develop model portfolios and justify the value added through modeling.
