Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Responsible for maintaining and acting as custodian of departmental records.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for inputting departmental invoicing into accounts payable systems.
Assist with employees' time entry, vacation and illness activity.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and monthly reports.
Manage office supplies, reconcile corporate purchasing card and set up meetings.
Assist in all safety activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum experience required of the position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate applications (Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, Service Suite, AM/FM DFM & Time and Labor. Must be familiar with CCS. Familiar will all company policies and procedures. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external customers. Willing to work extended hours as needed. Self-starter with high initiative, willingness to learn new processes. Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Must be willing to assume a storm restoration role and travel if necessary. Self-starter with high initiative, willingness to learn new processes. Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Successful completion of the EEI CAB/SASS test.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
As a provider of essential services, Entergy expects its employees to be available to work additional hours, to work in alternate locations, and/or to perform additional duties in connection with storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary by the company.
