The work you'll do

* Assist with managing the SolarWinds implementation and using SolarWinds to increase automation of configurations
* Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations
* Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
* Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
* Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
* Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made
* Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems
* Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems; Coordinating computer network access and use
* Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software; F5 LTM, APM, ASM
* Responsible for supporting and leading projects tasks

The Team

Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree
* 4+ years' experience as a network engineer with F5 technologies (F5 LTM, APM, ASM) and SolarWinds implementation expertise
* CompTIA Security+ certification
* Interim Clearance
* Must live in or be able to relocate to Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
* Travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

* Secret Clearance
* CCNA certification
