Develops and implements regional marketing plans for Tennova hospitals and outpatient clinics. Promotes the organization's services to internal/external audiences. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Director of Marketing for Tennova East Market. Bachelor's degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Professional writing samples required.

Based in Knoxville; primary support for Lafollette, Newport and Jefferson City and related physician practices
* Works closely with hospital leadership and Tennova East Network Marketing Director to determine marketing priorities and strategies
* Tennova East group lead for social media messaging
* Tennova East group lead for hospital and medical group websites to ensure up-to-date, compliant and consumer-oriented at all times
* Seeks earned media opportunities, and collaborates with Marketing Director to leverage
* social media messaging, online reputation, management of digital assets, and community connections
* May support other East Tennessee market hospitals as needed
