Job Description
Core Responsibilities
* Well-respected, seasoned coach to help objectively and intuitively eliminate non-value data and processes to promote efficiencies within our Product Development environment
* Scrum certified, SAFe SPC certified to assist us in driving our strategic engagements, RTE certification is a plus. Experience with BigPicture a plus.
* Demonstrates strong delivery leadership to driving cross-team, cross-segment deliverables
* Expertise in dealing with multi-cultural, multi-time zone delivery teams
* Excellent verbal & written communication across various levels in the organization from C-level stakeholders to individual contributors
* Extensive experience in JIRA including green-field configurations, migrations, add-on integrations.
* Have a crisp, well understood global development process and produces world-class development metrics.
* Experience in designing and implementing strategic reporting and executive summaries.
* Experience in interfacing with internal and external customers as required by the business
* Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process. Participates in key planning milestones.
* Identifies, confirms, and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams.
* Creates and builds program plans.
* Identifies goals and successes criteria, drives the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and successes criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team.
* Determines the cost and budget; performs resource forecasting.
* Establishes risk contingency plans and identifies trigger events and assumes responsibility for initiating corrective actions.
* Identifies and helps the team make program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs. Ensures proper documentation.
* Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies.
* Leads core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer
* Previous experience in helping global organizations transform to a single, unified agile methodology to promote accountability, predictability, and consistency.

Salary:
Pay Range: $110,649.67 - $165,974.51
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
