Quality Assurance Project Manager

The Challenge:

In order to transition effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Thats why we need you, a lead management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customers operations and use your expertise to lead efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a lead general management consultant on our team, youll oversee the building of an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Youll lead discussions and workshops with leadership, analysts, and support staff that will help your team identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise on a path forward and the expected results - to leadership. You Have:

-3+ years of experience with managing a quality program in an ISO accredited organization

-Experience with managing a staff or team

-Experience with working in the forensic science field or providing investigative services

-Ability to manage deliverables in a virtual environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Ability to be a team player

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
