Healthcare Management Analyst, Junior
Key Role:
Assist clients with the administration and operations of the TRICARE Health Plan within the Military Health System (MHS). Maintain and manage the clients schedule and prioritization of initiatives and activities. Oversee, track, and archive documents and program artifacts. Serve as a records custodian for the clients organization. Create and communicate meeting agendas, minutes, and after-action summary status reports. Provide Defense Travel System (DTS) assistance for the lead client. Execute special projects including business process flow designs, project plans, and reports to identify enrollment trends, cost of care, and evolving operations of TRICARE.
Basic Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment
* Experience in an administrative support role
* Knowledge of healthcare administration or health plan operations
* Ability to pay strict attention to detail, multi-task, and adapt quickly to changing client priorities and ad-hoc requests
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with working in a direct client-facing consulting role, including building trust with clients and working relationships with onsite staff
* Experience in the Military Healthcare System (MHS) or otherwise working directly with military programs
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
* Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar travel reservation system
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 60,000 to 65,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
