Project Control Specialist

Key Role:

Manage the inventory of the client's monitoring equipment, including testing, maintenance, calibration, storage, recapitalization, and life cycle tracking while communicating and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for managing accountable property. Provide respiratory fit testing and coordinate a radiation dosimetry program. Assist with processing of laboratory samples and chain-of-custody documentation. Coordinate scheduling and assisting with the full suite of the client's training courses and classroom resources and assist with the development of new web-based training modules. Coordinate and assist with site environmental and safety audits. Support the client's record-keeping and maintenance of databases and assist with the collection and documentation of safety performance metrics. Manage fleet vehicles that the client controls to ensure regular maintenance, reporting of mileage, and compliance with agency record-keeping requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with scheduling and facilitating the client's compliance training

-Ability to provide general administrative support, including procuring supplies and conducting data entry duties into client systems, including submitting purchase requisitions, computer account access requests, travel requests, illness, and injury reports, as needed

-Ability to assist with planning of the client's professional conferences and staff meetings

-Ability to facilitate formatting and publication of communications, including standard operating procedures, regulatory reports, fact sheets, or newsletter articles

-Ability to coordinate and assist with client compliance inspections or audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and executive orders, as directed by the client

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience with project controls or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general file management and training to use a variety of client systems and other applications, as needed

-Knowledge of Environmental Safety Division business areas

-Ability to conduct respiratory fit test training

-Possession of excellent time management and organizational skills
