We are looking for a hands on Engineer with an understanding of Quality and Reliability.
Major Responsibilities
* Will work Full-time in Quality and Reliability
Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the quality/ reliability of Semi-equipment
Develops, implements quality/ reliability test plans, perform and document FMECA, CRAMS, ERAMS, and PQP
* Drives 8D and failure analysis (FA) projects towards successful implementation of solutions
* Evaluates, from a reliability standpoint, the materials, properties and techniques used in design and manufacturing of parts and assembly in Semi-equipment
* Lead suppliers by providing technical direction to fix quality issues during DMR (Defective Material Report) corrective actions
* Analyzes non-conformance and failure rate data using advanced business analytics to focus and prioritize the Q&R projects and prepare management reports
* Reviews Engineering Change Requests for their impact on Quality and Reliability (Q&R)
* Understand and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Key Competencies
* Deep technical skills (fundamentals of materials sciences and engineering, materials processing, thermodynamics, 8D problem solving and root cause analysis, FMEA - Failure mode and effects analysis) in a high-pressure environment.
* Understanding of the semi-equipment, vacuum systems, and high power RF knowledge is preferred
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline
* Masters Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
