Mail Services Lead- Tampa, FL- PS38810
Responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the Internal Mail center. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Train associates, assign workflow schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Maintains records for postage expenditures, costs and audit records and submit as assigned. Ensure all chargeback data is captured and reported on time. Investigate and respond to all problems, issues, customer complaints, questions and concerns as needed. Identify efficiencies and savings opportunities through process improvement or implementation of new technologies. Process mail in accordance with governmental and postal regulations. Operates mailroom equipment as needed.

Qualifications:
* Requires a H.S. Diploma or GED
* 5 + years of related experience which includes keyboard proficiency and basic PC office software knowledge; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* USPS Mail Piece Quality Control Program training preferred
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time required
* Ability to lift 50 pounds or more maybe required
