Join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company as the Pharmacy Network Support Advisor, where you will provide dedicated client support for assigned Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid plans. You will demonstrate ability to manage and administer the multiple priority client requests. In addition, the Advisor will provide direct information tied to CVS Health PBM network-related products to assist client with network strategy and to resolve challenges that may arise. You will manage flawless implementations of such products and provide oversight, including serving as a subject matter expert for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid related regulations pertaining to pharmacy network. Additionally, you will ensure that the Health Plans and CVS Heath are compliant and will collaborate with internal partners to implement requirements into business processes.
The position will initially support CVS Health clients such as Blue Shield of California and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and may expand to include other clients and/or health plans over time. In this high impact role, you will act as the primary client contact and liaison with other Network (Geo, Network Enrollment, Client Pricing) or PBM teams (Legal, Sales, Regulatory) as needed to resolve open issues, contribute to project plans, and to provide required reporting (development and/or delivery of network related reports).
To be successful, you will utilize your experience managing multiple complex and priority projects with short deadlines, your excellent negotiation, communication and problem solving skills, as well as your experience with formal presentations. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working under pressure in a large, matrix enterprise.
Ideally, this position will be located out of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ. A work from home arrangement may be considered.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience required working for a Health Plan or a PBM.
- Experience leading or managing a diverse group of direct or indirect team members to meet client commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Account Management and interaction with the Client, Health Plans or MCOs. Knowledge of Client, MCO, State Model and Health Plan contacts is desired.
- Experience with State Agencies.
- Experience with Pricing, RFIs and RFPs.
- Experience with working with large data sets and assimilating data and models efficiently.
- Knowledge of RxClaim and claims research is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
