Job Description
1. Supervise employees in daily activities in cleaning, forklift, and recycle.
2. Assign employees daily work assignments and schedules; conduct daily safety training;
3. Conduct daily inspections of all assigned areas.
4. Communicate and interact with ABM Corporate and client management.
5. Assist manager in providing work in providing leadership to employees working inside and outside client facility in manufacturing environment.
6. Communicate and interact with ABM Corporate and with client as needed to perform duties.
7. Assist Manager in conducting Safety training for employees.
8. Additional Duties as assigned. Perform all Supervisory duties in absence of Account Manager.
9. Assist in Payroll, Billing, New Hire Orientation, attendance and employee requests
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills.
General computer knowledge and skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
1 year experience in manufacturing environment a PLUS
