An Expo assists Restaurant Team Members by garnishing and traying food items from the food window. The Expo recognizes that the food has been cooked to the guests specifications, and delivers the finished product to the table within ticket time guidelines. The Expo is also responsible for ensuring our guests are receiving safe food products of the highest quality, freshness and consistency.
