Web Designer Lead will create, implement and maintain the user interface of the web presence. Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Gather, publish and update information and coordinate projects to design and maintain department and other websites.* Monitor and maintain consistency and currency of information and links.* Collaborate with web services team members on projects and team needs.* Contribute ideas and input that help solve usability challenges, support business goals and deliver excellent user experience.* Maintain cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* 5+ years of related experience required.* Experience creating original designs developing cross-browser/cross-platform compatible web sites.* Expertise in writing valid HTML and CSS code by hand.* Experience with Adobe ColdFusion* Experience in writing Java Script* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Studies.* Experience with IIS and SQL* Solid understanding of web standards, usability and accessibility.* Excellent eye for color, composition, interface design and typography.* Experience with web-connected databases, e-commerce.* Experience with content management systems.* Understanding of web analytics with the ability to use these metrics to achieve business goals.Note:Selected candidate will provide on-going development and maintenance of internal asset management application.Driving and Travel Requirements:May be required to drive a company car. A valid drivers license is required as well as a clean driving record.May be required to travel domestically up to 0%.
