Job Description
Data Center Platform Architecture Integration and Validation (PAIV) team is looking for System Validation Engineers to join their dynamic and growing team.
You will bring your broad understanding of multiple system areas and interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams in improving postsilicon test content and providing feedback for future on die debug features.
The scope of the deliverable will vary based on the target platform and specific issue at hand. Hence you must have a solid big picture across the System.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Validating, enabling and debugging current and upcoming Memory and PM technologies on server products.
* Create, define and develop system validation environment and test suites, use and apply emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec.
* Development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline with 2+ years of relevant industry experience or Master's Degree with projects and/or an internship related to Si and/or Platform validation / Architecture and/or system architecture (HW/FW/SW as a whole)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant industry experience in Si and/or Platform validation / Architecture and system architecture (HW/FW/SW as a whole)
1+ year of experience in on or more of the following areas:
* Platform Debug, Stability, MTBF, Validation methodologies
* Server Memory architecture
* Si debug
* BIOS Debug
* Power Management
* Si and/or Platform validation including experience with server or x86
* Data Scientist experience
* Linux Kernel experience
