Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to you to support Western Union’s foreign currency risk management programs by compiling and analyzing foreign currency cash flow and balance sheet information in order to formulate recommendations to address complex financial risk scenarios.  You will partner closely with key accounting stakeholders to understand and track currency risk positions and reconcile foreign exchange results.  You will also provide support for new business development efforts related to foreign exchange partnerships, products, and services.  You will have the opportunity to gain expertise in international cross border flows and foreign currency markets.

You will have 7+ years of a strong understanding of finance and risk management strategies as well as a good understanding of accounting and financial statements.  You will have strong analytical and modeling skills.  You'll have strong relationship management skills, project leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  You will have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
